You may be feeling overburdened by work and responsibilities from having pushed yourself too hard. Take a look at the burdens in your life and start to let some of the obligations go. How much of the burden is real and how much of it is an illusion? Look closely at the burdens in your life and ask yourself if some may be more perceived than actual. Are they perhaps an excuse to stay in a bad situation? Make sure that you are not falling into codependency by doing other people’s work for them. Use this time to prioritize your responsibilities and don’t be afraid to ask for help from others. Find ways to reduce pressure on yourself by letting go of the obligations that no longer serve you.
