You may find yourself engaging in conflict or disagreeing with others more frequently which leads to increased tension and hostility in your relationships. There is a win/lose mentality happening internally that is putting your thoughts into conflict and the words you speak are a direct reflection of this inner turmoil. Is there a grey area you are missing somewhere in the middle? If you are experiencing feelings of defeat or inadequacy, remember that this self defeating behavior will not serve you well. A change of direction may be necessary. Have the courage to accept defeat when backing down is necessary to move on. Sometimes it is best to cut your losses and start over.
